Last Reviewed: November 2026
Google Play Data Safety & User Privacy Commitment

We respect your privacy and provide transparent, effortless mechanisms to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can delete your account instantly from within each mobile app, or submit an email request through this public web page without needing the app installed.

How to Delete Your Account

You have two methods to request permanent account deletion:

Method 1: Instant In-App Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

If you currently have any of our Flutter apps installed on your device (Namma Campus, Namma PGCET, or Namma PUC), you can immediately delete your account directly inside the app:

1

Open the App & Log In

Launch the respective Namma app (Campus, PGCET, or PUC) on your Android device and ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.

2

Navigate to Profile / Settings

Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar or open the Settings menu from the top drawer.

3

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down to the Account Management section and select Delete Account.

4

Confirm Deletion

Review the warning modal detailing irreversible data removal, enter your password or re-authenticate via Google Sign-In if prompted, and confirm Permanently Delete Account.

Upon confirmation, the app will execute an immediate purge of your records from our cloud backend and sign you out.

Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (External URL)

If you have uninstalled the application, lost access to your device, or prefer to submit a manual deletion request online, you can email our dedicated Data Protection & Support Desk.

Please send an email to support@nammacampus.in from the email address registered with your account:

Data Retention Policy & Statutory Exceptions

We do not retain personal student data once an account is deleted. However, in accordance with applicable Indian laws and financial regulations:

  • Financial & Transaction Records: If you made any digital payment or transaction (e.g. for premium study material packs or test series), transaction receipts, GST invoices, and payment gateway references (Razorpay/Google Play In-App Billing records) must be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with the Companies Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, and applicable financial auditing statutes. This retained data is strictly archived for statutory compliance and is never used for marketing or profiling.

  • In-App Deletion: Effective immediately (real-time wipe).
